SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Our custom box sets placed Monday - Friday will be shipped within 7 business days once your order is placed. (except during peak holiday periods). Orders during the holidays may require extra time.
Our main freight provider is UPS – we occasionally ship via USPS. Shipping charges will be automatically applied to all orders.
When scheduling allows on our end, we offer free local delivery for orders over $100 that fall within a 5 mile radius of the 32308 zip code. Please note that due to safety reasons we will ask to meet you in a well known central location versus a place of residence.
Rush Fee:
If you would like for your gift to be curated and shipped before the standard production time, we will gladly accommodate you once you agree to our $35 rush fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the customizations in each set, Boxed By CB orders are final. We create and ship our sets with much due diligence, if you are not satisfied with your gift set,
or you have any suggestions on how we can provide better service, please share that with us so that we can revisit our strategies and do our best to provide you with a fair resolve.
Please note that if you receive a damaged gift set and you inform us within two days of receiving your gift box, we will gladly investigate on our end and see to it that you receive your gift in pristine condition.
